We're growing in Customer Success – hello Jennifer
She's a master of DIY projects, enjoys long walks in the woods – and most recently joined Sitevision as a Customer Success Specialist. Now you can get to know our new colleague Jennifer Wenchert.
Jennifer Wenchert is our new Customer Success Specialist. She will help our customers get the most out of Sitevision. Be a sounding board in new web projects and when existing sites are to be developed.
Jennifer comes from Hasselfors Garden where she worked with web, social media and consumer marketing. With her feet firmly in the ground, she takes the step over to Sitevision.
– I discovered Sitevision when I worked at Jönköping municipality as a communicator. That's when I had a little dream of working here. If Sitevision were a person, I would describe them as kind, funny and knowledgeable. Who wouldn't want to be friends with someone like that? And now I get to be one of the gang! It feels great, says Jennifer.
When asked what she likes to do in her spare time, the answer comes quickly. Because she still has at least one foot in the ground.
– I like long walks in the forest and cosy dinners. That may sound like a standard dating profile answer, but I'm married with an eleven-month-old baby. With my previous job and all the time we spent at home, I've developed an interest in growing and DIY. I have a lot of do-it-yourself projects going on. Most recently I built a house bed for the kids room.
We are looking forward to a lot of DIY ideas (and cut flowers, if we are lucky). A warm welcome, Jennifer!
