"With Sitevision, we got up and running quickly while remaining flexible"
Advania Sweden – with more than 1,300 employees – has launched a new intranet in Sitevision. One of several activities in the partnership between Advania and Sitevision.
Advania's previous intranet had become outdated and left much to be desired in terms of usability and functionality. The aim of the new intranet is to become the hub of the digital workplace, increasing employee satisfaction and engagement.
– The intranet will be our natural meeting place. A "go to" by, among other things, linking to other supporting systems and making information easily accessible and searchable. We already have a high level of employee engagement at Advania and are fully convinced that transparent and accessible internal communication is important for engagement as we grow at a rapid pace, says Sofie Frick, Internal Communications Manager at Advania Sweden, and continues:
– Internal communications should reflect the corporate culture we are proud of. Everything to ultimately simplify the working day for our employees

Sitevision became the platform for the new intranet.
– With Sitevision, we got up and running quickly because there was already so much built-in functionality. At the same time, we could be flexible and adapt the solutions to our more specific needs. One way we did this was by developing our own modules. For example, we have built our entire ISO-certified management system in Sitevision and present steering documents from Microsoft 365, continues Sofie Frick.
The new intranet will be reusable. The template package that was formed in connection with the development will eventually be available to Advania's customers. Really smart and flexible.
