96% website customer satisfaction
Sitevision has the market's most satisfied website customers again this year. Hello (and thank you) to our customers and thank you for the great ratings 👋
When Web Service Award releases its independent trend report "How are Sweden's websites doing in 2022?" Sitevision continues to have the market's most satisfied website customers. A full 96% are satisfied with their CMS and a very large proportion answered with a five – ie that the statement is completely correct.
The survey also shows that the choice of CMS affects how easy or difficult it is to introduce new users. Again, Sitevision's customers are the most satisfied, and we jump up another percentage point: 89% say it's easy.
