To understand why, we need to travel back 12 years in time. A customer called me in a panic, wondering why all the images had disappeared from their website. When I logged into the site, I realised that the path to the images no longer matched where the images were actually located. The customer had simply changed the name of the folders. The difference was not in the spelling, but in the fact that they now had a capital letter at the beginning of the word.
I quickly fixed the name of the folder, and the images were back on the site.
