Sitevision is the third-best place to work in IT 🎉
Sitevision comes in an honourable third place on the list of the best places to work in the IT industry. This is the first time Great Place to Work has compiled an industry-specific list. Who decides the ranking? The employees themselves. And we are so proud and happy.
– Employees have always been the core and heart of what we do. In recent years, Sitevision has grown at an enormous pace and it has been important for us not just to think and act based on the corporate culture "embedded in the walls". Instead, we have focused on our core values, been responsive and worked to make everyone feel good. And it seems to have worked, says a visibly happy Anders Korsvall, CEO of Sitevision.
For more than twenty years, Great Place to Work has awarded the title "Sweden's Best Workplaces" and 2024 is the first year of an industry-specific list. Companies are ranked on the list by participating in an employee survey where responses are divided into the categories: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and knowledge. The more satisfied employees, the higher up the list.
