When user experience makes a real difference – our customers' success at WSA Day 2026
Every year, the Web Service Award highlights the websites and intranets that are most successful in meeting user needs. When the winners for 2025 were announced on WSA Day on January 28, this became particularly clear. Demands continue to increase, and the organisations that succeed are those that take a long-term, user-centric, and data-driven approach.
This year, we are particularly proud that several of our customers have been recognised for their work in both public information and intranets.
Digital communication that creates real value
Web ServiceAward External link. is based on Sweden's largest website survey, with over 100,000 responses from real users. The results show a clear pattern. It is not enough to just do it correctly and in a stylish way. To get high ratings, you need relevant content, high findability, and a design that supports the user's task.
This is also where this year's winners stand out.
Public information: Swedish Migration Agency
The Swedish Migration Agency's External link. was named the winner in the Public Information category. The motivation highlights clear guidance, well-functioning e-services, and continuous improvement work that creates great value for both individuals and society at large.
It is a fine example of how digital communication can make a real difference, especially when the target groups are numerous, the needs complex, and the demands for accessibility high.
Intranet: Rikshem
In the Intranet category, External link. Rikshem's External link. intranet Entrén hem took home the prize. An intranet that was already well-regarded has taken the next step from "good to greater" through clear structure, high-quality information, and improved design.
The motivation points in particular to high findability and strong support for employees' everyday lives, which is crucial when the intranet is to function as a real work tool.

Best improver in community communication: Klippan Municipality
KlippanMunicipality External link. was awarded the honorary title of Best Improver in Community Communication. The award goes to the organisation that has succeeded in increasing the proportion of satisfied users the most. This is clear recognition of determined and sustained development work over time.
What can we learn from the winners?
Despite different missions and target groups, this year's winners have some things in common:

- Continuous development, rather than one-off initiatives
- The courage to seize new opportunities, for example with the support of AI
