Sitevision and Tieto Tech Consulting establish a model for future citizen services

Sitevision is entering into a strategic partnership with Tieto Tech Consulting to further develop how municipalities and public sector organisations build and create digital citizen services. By combining Sitevision's established Digital Experience Platform with Tieto's integration platform TEIS, a complete digital service chain is created – from business systems and processes to a cohesive, personalised and measurable citizen experience.

Today, Sitevision is a central digital platform within the Swedish public sector. More than 75 per cent of Sweden’s municipalities use the platform to enable essential public services, digital communication and internal workflows. The platform is widely used across both Customer Experience and Employee Experience and already serves as a hub for citizen dialogue as well as internal collaboration.

The collaboration with Tieto marks the next step in this development.

A connected digital service chain

The public sector has been digitising individual services for a long time. To meet increased demands for accessibility, efficiency and transparency, a more integrated model is now required, where systems, processes and the user experience are interconnected.

Tieto's TEIS integration platform orchestrates data, APIs and business processes from underlying systems. Sitevision is the user-friendly platform where citizens and employees interact with their local authority through a secure, accessible and personalised experience.

The result is a citizen portal where each individual can log in to get a comprehensive overview of their cases, decisions, bookings and contacts with the local authority, while the organisation gains better control and more efficient processes.
