Nexer’s organisational structure is divided into various business units within strategy, technology and communication. As we are not publicly listed, we own our own strategy and invest in long-term goals.

We have 2,500 experts across 16 countries and are 80% owned by the Danir Group, a Swedish privately owned company with 11,200 employees in 26 countries. The remaining owners are the management team and the Wattin family, via the investment company Inbox Capital. Martin am Zoll has been CEO of Nexer Group since 2025.
