I have worked with development to various extents throughout my career, and have always been driven by making life easier and more fun for users, so that they do not spend unnecessary time and energy on things that take focus from what drives them.

This is something I have brought with me in my work with Sitevision, that the users have the opportunity, with small means, to design pages, templates and structures according to their own needs without the help of developers (like me). This makes their job more fun, while allowing me to focus on what I enjoy: the client's needs, the big picture and customization.
