Code of conduct
Our Code of Conduct – a guide to responsible working
At Sitevision, we believe that good cooperation is based on clarity, responsibility, and shared values. This code of conduct describes our fundamental principles and the expectations we have of our external relationships.
We build trust together, and that requires us to share a desire to do the right thing, both for each other, for our users, and for the future.
Our values – the foundation of everything we do
Innovative thinking
We challenge ourselves, try new things, and always strive to move forward.
Consideration
We care – about people, partnerships, and society.
Pride
We stand for quality, responsibility, and long-term thinking.
Engagement
We are present, proactive, and want to contribute.
We want to collaborate with partners who share these values in practice, not just in words.
We comply with laws, regulations, and high business ethics.
We comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. We also expect this from you as our partner. We do not accept bribes, pressure, hidden agreements, or other undue influence. Business relationships should be based on openness, respect, and clear terms. Gifts or entertainment should be moderate, have a professional purpose, and be able to withstand scrutiny.
We respect human rights and fair working conditions
We do not accept child labour, forced labour, discrimination, unfair wages, or unreasonable working conditions, either in our own operations or in our supply chain. All our partners must respect international human rights conventions and actively prevent risks associated with modern slavery throughout the value chain, preferably through clear procedures and regular follow-ups.
We actively promote diversity and inclusion so that everyone feels welcome and respected regardless of background, gender, age, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability. This applies both internally and in our collaboration with suppliers and partners.
We protect the environment and the future
We actively work to reduce our environmental and climate impact. We do this through smart technology choices, reduced travel, and responsible purchasing, among other things. We are happy to collaborate with companies that take their environmental responsibility seriously and who, like us, want to contribute to a more sustainable world.
Suppliers and partners must have documented procedures for measuring and reducing environmental impact, including the management of waste, chemicals, energy, and water.
We protect information and comply with GDPR
As a digital platform, we handle large amounts of data. We treat personal data with respect and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We expect you, as a partner, to have a corresponding level of protection and to comply with applicable rules for the handling of customer, user, and personal data.
We act transparently and expect the same in return
If there is a risk of conflicts of interest, be open about it. Transparency builds trust, and we want our collaborations to withstand scrutiny. We expect you to act responsibly, avoid conflicts of interest, and make decisions based on objective grounds.
We collaborate responsibly and follow up
Our partners are carefully selected based on clear requirements in terms of the environment, ethics, data protection, and working conditions. Regular follow-ups are conducted through ESG assessments of suppliers and partners. Open dialogue is expected, especially if deviations occur. Partners are responsible for sharing relevant information and enabling transparency during audits to ensure compliance with our code of conduct.
We listen and take action when something is wrong
If, in your collaboration with us, you discover anything that violates this code of conduct, please let us know. We respect all feedback and handle all matters seriously and confidentially. Together, we create security for both people and business.
